I found the room very clean. It had all the facilities I needed for my short stay. The staff member who checked me in was excellent (I think her name was something like Tuoyin). Her customer service was very attentive.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear other guests fairly clearly. This was not ideal since there was a child making a lot of noise. The curtains also let a lot of light in from outside.

i found the staff very helpful with directions. the room had a double bed and fresh towels were provided daily. i saw a tesco express just around the corner, it was very handy for getting snacks. also, the check-in process was quick and smooth.

the price was very reasonable and the check in process was quick. the room was basic however it was clean. the hotel's location was great because it was a short walk to the train station.
the hall smelled a little strange and there was no lift.

the staff was so lovely and helpful looking after me and carrying my case up the stairs. they made everything easier and were lovely to chat to. i greatly appreciated their assistance.

The location is quite convenient. It is on the edge of Southsea. I found some lovely walks nearby and a charming hipster feel to the pubs. The en suite had an excellent shower. I also found exemplary phone and email contact beforehand which ensured I understood what to do on arrival.

the location was great. it was easy to reach the different places i wanted to see, all within a short trip. the staff members were very friendly, nice, and helpful . there were also many places nearby to get meals.
the curtains did not block enough light in the morning. this made it difficult to sleep well after sunrise.
